It works at preventive and protection level; provides counseling (telephonic, face to face and virtual), crisis intervention, legal aid and referral services to victims of violence, abuse and exploitation. Responsibilities of Helpline Operator: Familiarize with goals and objectives of the organization. Maintain regular contact with the partners. Monitor crisis calls and implement the procedures to provide guidance and counselling to victims of abuse. Maintain a data / record of survivors of abuse for ready reference and follow up. Assist in organizing seminars, workshops and conferences. Work as a member of team and help other team members according to need. Data entry of clients handled with. Update the referral directory to include new partners and develop a referral and follow up mechanism with the referral partners.
