It works at preventive and protection level; provides counseling (telephonic, face to face and virtual), crisis intervention, legal aid and referral services to victims of violence, abuse and exploitation. Responsibilities of Helpline Coordinator: Review and follow up implementation of tasks. Analyse and evaluate helpline to ensure achievement of program objectives. Assure that targets set are being achieved. Develop detailed annual work plan, describing the specific activities to be carried each quarter and implemented. Good report writing skills Coordination with lawyers & civil society Organized consultation meetings at-least every three months or more frequently as circumstances demand.
